Red Cap has a strong designing team pumped with youthful trendy thoughts. We frame our own themes & sometimes take inspirations from hot selling universal designs.

Time being, redcap products can be purchased only from In near future, the company has plans to supply to leading stores.

  1. How can i get account/login id with red cap?

Pls click on the login link and further click on sign up new users. Psl fill the requested details – name, date of birth, email id, password, postal address to generate your own account with recap. Pls use this login id, which is your mail id and password for your login.

My account is the page where you can get details of your transaction history, details of your earlier purchasesand details of delivery & value of all your purchases.

  1. I can see debit transaction in my bank account, but my order is not confirmed with redcap?

It’s due to connection interruption while the payment process or error happened from your bank. To sort out this problem & to get refund amount pls contact your bank immediately.

  1. When & How can i receive my product, after ordering?

Once you placed & paid for your order, we will dispatch the product within 24 hours from the time of order confirmation. We will send the product through any one of our shipping partner, who will ensure safe handling of your product.

No, we are not charging our shipping of textile products.

  1. How can i cancel my order?

You need to call / mail to our customer care to cancel any of the placed orders. But order cancellation is applicable only before 24 hours from the time of order placement.

  1. How can i return a product, after my purchase?

The product shouldn’t be stained or used or washed & the packing also should be same as like the purchased product, otherwise we can’t sell it after. The product needs to be send back to us by customer’s risk. Upon dispatch of the product, the tracking number needs to be informed to us without fail.

  1. How will i receive my refund? And how long it will take for refund?

We will send re-fund confirmation to your mail id, once the refund is approved. The refund money will be reimbursed to the same bank account number / card number from where the payment is received.

  1. How can I know the promotions/SALE/new offers from redcap?

You need to register with us for newsletter. Once you register, we will send our offers/promotion letters to the registered mail id.
